Aeroplan (Montreal, Vancouver) - Aeroplan is loyalty marketing program operated by Groupe Aeroplan Inc. Our members book airline rewards for customers, answer customer service questions related to online bookings and support customers with their online transactions.
Air Canada (National) - The union represents all sales and service agents who work at airports, reservation offices and crew scheduling.
Air Canada Jazz (National) - A subsidiary of Air Canada. The union represents all ground employees who are employed in a variety of jobs from customer service agents to maintenance and aircraft servicing work on the ramp at airport and cargo locations across Canada.
Air Canada Vacations (Toronto) - Members perform passenger handling functions at Pearson International Airport.
Air France (Montreal) Approximately 125 members in reservations answer calls from across Canada, 7 days a week from 0600-2300.
Airport Terminal Services (Toronto) - Our members handle passenger services, ramp services, cabin services and maintenance as contract workers for various airlines including American Airlines and Midwest Airlines.

American Eagle Incorporated (Toronto) - Members in this unit are responsible for operations and ground handling for American Airlines at Terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport.
Canadian North (Northern Canada, North Western Canada) - The union represents customer service agents at airports and cargo offices in the Western and Eastern Arctic.
CLS Catering (Vancouver) - Our members provide in-flight catering for a number of airlines operating out of Vancouver Airport including Cathay Pacific and Lufthansa.
Dryden Air Services (Regina) - These members are Ramp Attendants who work on the air side of the airport. They load and unload cargo and baggage on aircraft.
First Air (Northern Canada, Ottawa) These members are employed as Customer Service Agents at airports, reservations, cargo, and station agents (performing all functions) in the Western and Eastern Artic, and also in Ottawa, Winnipeg and Edmonton.
GTAA (Toronto) - The members in this group have a wide variety of assignments from baggage system operators to apron coordinators and facility technicians. These members are responsible for the day to day operations of the airport terminal.
Handlex (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal) - The Union represents Customer Service and Cabin Service Agents, Ramp and Passenger Service Agents. This company is a general contractor which services the charter airline industry.
Hilton (Saint John) - The members of this group are comprised of 10 different classifications and comprises almost every aspect of the hotel operations. Some of the functions are Engineering, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Banquets.
Imperial Parking (Toronto) - The members in this unit work in Toronto at Terminals 1 and 3 and Lot 6A off airport property. They are the cashiers, valet drivers, as well as the security monitors and maintenance workers who service the thousands of Toronto Airport customers daily.
Morningstar Air Express (Edmonton, Regina, Hamilton) - The members are pilots who work on a contract basis for Federal Express, moving cargo across Canada.
ORNGE - Ontario Air Ambulance - Responsible for patient care and medical transfers, Ornge operates the largest and most sophisticated program of aero-medical transport in North America. Its operations currently serve the 12.5 million residents of the province of Ontario.
Servisair (Vancouver) - The union represents customer service agents. Servisair is a general contractor servicing the charter and scheduled airline industry.
United Airlines (Toronto) - Our members work at Toronto Airport as Customer Service Agents handling flights to and from the USA.
WEBB Airport Services (Toronto) - Our members work as baggage system operators and maintenance, and are responsible for the baggage belt systems at Toronto Airport Terminal One.
Worldwide Flight Services (Toronto, Montreal) - Our members perform ramp, cargo and customer service contract work for various airlines at Toronto and Montreal airports.
