Servisair losing money and wants members to pay!

On September 1, 2011, Servisair asked the bargaining committee for District 174, to open the current collective agreement in order to provide the company with cost savings as they were losing revenue in Vancouver.
The bargaining committee informed the employer that they had no desire to open up the contract in order to give concessions.
A membership meeting has been planned in order to discuss these very important issues. Joining the bargaining committee at these meetings will be CAW National Staff Representative Mike Byrne, Executive Assistant Darryl Draeger and Local 2002 Vice President Tim Cheung.
